By navigating to the device manager on your system you should be able to view a full list of available hardware installed. If installed, a Bluetooth card should be listed under networking devices here.
You can also confirm the specifications of your individual system by inputting the service tag at: http://www.dell.com/support/my-support/us/en/19/ from here you can view a full list of system components under the ‘System Configuration’ tab.
