Hello hbaldwin,

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

You can adjust these settings on the Make the mouse easier to use page in the Ease of Access Center.

Open the Make the mouse easier to use page by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Ease of Access, clicking Ease of Access Center, and then clicking Make the mouse easier to use.

Uncheck > Prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen
