My L100 Dell Keyboard Wont Turn On

Make sure the keyboard is plugged securely into the USB port, and try plugging it into a different port just to be sure. Check the Device Manager -- press the Windows key and <R>, then type "devmgmt.msc" and press <Enter> -- and see if the keyboard shows up. If it has an exclamation point, right click on it and select Properties to see what the problem is.
