Inspiron N7110 Wont Play Bluray

It could be annoying when the Blu Ray disk fails to mount. I suggest you to uninstall the device from Device Manager and restart the laptop. This will refresh the drivers and may fix the issue. Please follow the steps provided below:
1. Click Start and type “Device Manager” in Start Search and press Enter.
2. In Device Manager, double click on DVD/CD ROM drives.
3. Right click on the device listed and click “Uninstall”.
4. Restart the computer.
