Dropped Laptop White Screen
I dropped my laptop and when I turn it on it immrdiately shows a white blank screen. What could be wrong?

The issue could be a broken LCD screen. You will need to have it replaced. If you are within your warranty period and have complete and are located in US you can send an email to me from my email address listed below. If not under warranty you can contact Dell Spare Parts Department below to purchase another LCD.
