If you are referring to the keyboard keys of your computer which is not working these are the best things you can do.

1. Try pressing the specified keys (b,n,?,2) repeatedly because it might have a stucked keys caused by dirts.

2. Bring your computer to the store or vendor where you bought it to claim its warranty (if it is still covered by the warranty period specified by the store or vendor)

3. If the warranty has already lapsed, you can hand your computer over a computer technician to replace the failed keyboard. However, don't be assured that the keyboard would be surely replaced because most laptop keyboards are permanent.

4. Purchase an external USB keyboard and use it everytime you have some words to type.
