Bluetooth Not Working At All

Hi i have Dell inspiron N5050 and i need help my bluethooth is not working at all i say search but found nothink and my cell phone blt is open not reciveng or sending i need help its my first laptob ever.

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

Few devices now has the option of visibility. Make sure your device like the cell phone Visibility is turned on.
