Computer Shuts Down If I Move

does this laptop have a feature to shut off so it stops shutting down everytime I move the pc on my lap

If it's shutting down when on your lap it's likely that you are blocking the vents on the bottom.

Once the CPU gets too hot it will shut down.  You need to leave the vents open and not block them with parts of you.

Try using a TV tray and see if it helps.
