I Have A Dell Inspiron M5030 And The Cursor On The Mousepad Won't Move.

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.
Please follow the steps below to download and update the Touchpad driver.
Log on to www.support.dell.com > click Drivers and Downloads > Enter the service tag or select your system model type > Select the operating system installed > click on the driver and open it > Click Download and save it. (Instructions available on the driver page to install it)
Try using an external mouse to verify if it works.
Check if you have disabled the touchpad using the Hot key next to F12 on your keyboard.
