Turn on the computer. If the computer is already on, reboot it. Press and hold the "Ctrl" and "F11" keys simultaneously as soon as you restart/start the computer. The "Dell PC Restore by Symantec" window will appear. Click "Restore." Follow the prompts onwards on the screen to restore your device.
