I am from Dell Social Media and Community.
You will have to remove - reconnect the keyboard or may have to replace the keyboard.
I would request you to follow the link below to run a custom test on your keyboard.

When you get to the main page which says Express Test Extended Test Custom Test Symptom Tree, select Custom test & test the keyboard.
If the test fails, you will need to replace the keyboard.
