Hi,
Please click on the link below which has the manual for this monitor, which will guide you with the steps to unlock the monitor:
Please select “Using the OSD Menu” then navigate to “OSD Setting” and follow the screen instruction as shown in the picture.
You can also lock or unlock the OSD by pushing and holding the Menu button for 15 seconds.
