Cannot Play A Dvd Rom Disc. But Am Able To Play Cd's And Dvd Films.

Greetings. Either your disc drive is a mere CD ROM or the DVD beam mechanis has failed. Either ways you will have to have the drive replaced with a DVD ROM.
