My Dell 3130cn Will Not Boot Up Past 'please Wait'
I turned it on and it says diagnosing then Please Wait and stays there forever...

Obviously, there is a problem with the Operating System of your computer. The problem is related to the boot sector files that is why it cannot boot to the Windows desktop. The best solution for this problem is to reinstall the Windows Operating System using the original installation CD/DVD.
