I Am Using Dell Inspiron N 7010 Laptop
On screen display for caps lock , volume doesn’t work after windows reinstallation’. why is that do I need to activate anything?

If you did a clean install of Windows then you most likely need to install a certain driver for it to work. You can find all the drivers for your computer on this page:

Hi Susanmathew,
I recommend clicking the link given below which will take you to our Dell support site from where we can download QuickSet drivers:
Choose the Operating System which you are using. Then download QuickSet driver which is listed under Application, install Dell Application “QuickSet”.
