Support

printer is on. ink is good. there's paper. printer is not working today. there's a "!" light coming up from time to time... what should it be?

i would turn the printer off. disconnet it from your computer. plug the printer back in and turn it back on. wait until you hear the little beep sound thing from when your computer reconizes something has been instered into the usb. then try printing.
