I am from Dell Social Media and Community.
Follow the steps below to print the Network Configuration page which will give you the printer Mac Address.
1. Press Scroll (< or >) to highlight Setup and then press Select ( check mark ).
2. Press Scroll (^ or v) to highlight Reports and then press Select ( check mark ).
3. Press Scroll (^ or v) to highlight Network Settings and then press Select ( check mark ) to print a network
configuration page.
