The Software Is Now Saying It Can't Find Any Printer. It's Plugged In, Powed

on, and connected to my computer via USB port.

Your software cannot find printer because there might be no compatible driver software installed into your computer. Even if the printer is plugged-in and powered on, you still need to install the driver software. Remember that driver varies based on the Operating System that you are currently using. You can download the latest and updated driver software for Dell 2335dn here.
