Can't Send Or Receive Fax

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.
This could a printer issue or a system issue.
Log on to www.support.dell.com and download the printer drivers as per your operating system installed.
If you have any other fax machine check if you are able to send and receive fax on it.
Ensure that the country code is set correctly under (Menu) > System > Admin Menu > Fax Settings > Country.
Follow the link below to find the Users Manual for your printer, if you need further assistance.
