How To Get A Refund A Few Days Later For Horrible Service?

I came through the drive-thru at 3 in the morning andfew days ago. All of the customizations that I ordered were missing. I could not return that day to complain as I was working on an emergency job. I called the next day to ask what I should do. It was suggested that I come in on the shift where I had the problem to speak with those employees. What a horrendous idea. I waited almost a full hour just to speak to someone! Then, when they finally, unhappily spoke with me, it was only to say that there was nothing that they could do for me, especially without a receipt. I NEVER received a receipt! I am so mad that I cannot imagine ever coming back here. And, sadly, the managers were the worst! Someone may contact me if they are able to help, but I do not wish just to talk about this anymore. I will be waiting.
