It Just Doesn't Stop Oscillating.

Delonghi ceramic tower heater tch7090erdl will oscillate the moment it's plugged in before the power button is pressed. It won't stop moving even when I press the oscillation on/off button. Is there some funky trick to get this damn thing to work right

Hi. There is no special/alternative trick, either than pressing the oscillation button again. If that does not work, then the unit will sadly require service.
