Coffee Pot Stopped Working

Thanks for the video referral re: fixing my machine. I did as suggested and cleaned out the ball valve. The lines are good, nice and clean. The machine hasn't been used that much. The espresso side still works just not the coffee so I doubt it's the lines. I'm at a loss here. This was gifted to me so I don't have a receipt.
