Reception

Having a problem with reception in Long Beach CA. I've rebooted the unit, but no improvement. Any suggestions?

The dish may be partially blocked or not quite on the satellite. Have a licensed DiretTv tech come out and look at it. Even if it was working fine earlier, the dish could have been hit by an animal or temp changes caused it to go of f a little.
