Authorization Has Expired

I have a larger TV in my living room. I bought a smaller Sanyo TV at Walmart for my study. The smaller Sanyo TV uses the mirror image from my DirecTV. Initially, it was working fine; however, in the past 3-4 months, it will not show anything on the screen. Instead, it gives me the message, "Authorization has expired. Call Customer Service (722). RID: 0003 9493 2065. Card: 0018-1747-8447. Help! Mary McCaffrey E-mail [email protected]

Call customer care and voice your concerns. It sounds like a weak and/or crossed signals. The mirror image on the smaller tv shows that much. Give 888-777-2454 a call and set up for a technician to come out.
