Why Am I Being Charged $24.89 Plus $83.47 This Month And I Was Charged An Addit

you also charged an extra $19.89 last month. I have been reading the complaints and seems I'm not the only customer complaining. Far too many of the channels pixelate and screen goes black. Where is my paper billing so I can see what you're billing me for?
