It's a plug and play device, all you need to do is just plug the USB cable in, and windows will recognize it and install the needed drivers automatically(XP or later).

That page indicates it's made for windows XP. That doesn't mean it won't work in today's Operating systems(Vista or 7), there is a good chance it will work, but just letting you know there is also a chance it might not work perfectly.
