Cuisinart Tob-135c Selector Dial

Cuisinart TOB-135C selector dial stopped working. i.e. Now unable to chose cooking functions, set baking time, clock, temperature, and toast shade. The display now only works for the clock button and you see the default time of "1200 " when you press the clock button but are unable to change the time via the selector dial ( see above ). Also, the remaining 5 buttons for: shade, temperature, timer, defrost and convection do not work.Any ideas on how to fix above problem(s) ?
