Is Self Repair Possible?

I see the four screws on the bottom of this unit. Even with those loosened, not seeing any opening. What else needs to happen to get inside? Does anyone have a source for repair parts? Cuisinart Customer Service not helpful after 30 minute wait and agreeing to send it in --and then disconnected me.
