Clean Button Flashing
I have cleaned my coffee maker three times but the button continues to flash.

I know it sounds goofy (and I'm not sure I believe it) but, the experts say to unplug the coffeemaker for at least an hour. That should reset the clean light.
I have also read that it's possible you're not following the entire cleaning process which would indeed cause the light to stay lit.
Another possibility is that the maker has excessive calcium buildup. Go to page 10 of this manual to read more.
