Cuisinart Dcc-3000 Is Leaking From Dispenser.

Leaks from dispenser during brew and after. Dispenser spring in push down mechanism seems to be working, although not sure if wedged in slightly open mode or how to remove to clean.

Leaking is a recurring problem for some customers, caused by a malfunctioning dispenser actuator. Why does my coffee maker leak water from the bottom?
