I have the same problem, but i solved it, it was far simple, check the integrated circuit, I´ve found that just at the border of it there is a copper "path" broken, just at the side where a hole is and the three cables (black, white and orange) pass through, check also the ressistance where the path ends. I´ve soldes a thin wire at both ends and it just worked again fine.
