Water System Indicator Light
I have had problems with the low water light coming on and shutting down the heater. I does not seem to mater if the tank is full or empty. I have tried different water levels. The light will come on and go out sometimes, when you add water to the tank, then go off again. This has happened a couple of times. I believe there may be a float in the water tank, which may be leaking or sticks. I have tried emptying the water and letting it sit upside down, in case there is water in the float, in hopes it would drain out. I am hesitant to tear it apart, as it it still under warranty.

Hi. Do contact Consumer Service Center at 1-800-726-0190 if you are still under warranty I suggest. The manual does not even offer some end-user troubleshooting (probably due to the nature of the product).
