Hi, I Have A Question About A Cuisinart Convection Bread Maker Cbk-200.

The initial kneading circle has all of a sudden shortened from ca 20 min to 6 minutes, and that's true for all circles. The dough just sits half kneaded until it starts to bake. How can I fix this?
