New Sz 60 Dies As I Release Emergency Brake

My new sz60 has been doing a good job and today I backed it off of my trailer and started to go forward and it died like I had shut it off. Now it will start as it should but when the emergency brake is released it dies. Seems to run perfect untill I am releasing the brake and dies as it is released.
