Hi,

In most cases there would be some witness marks near one of the 3 holes, if you can't see them that's ok. I would recommend starting with the middle hole, then run it as normal and rev it up and let it come back to idle while listening to the engine you might even need to start up the deck to for a better "feel" of the mower. If it sounds to low move the throttle cable to the hold to the left of the center hole if it's too high move the cable to the hold to the right of the center hold. Just some advice for when it happens again, take a sharpie marker and mark the throttle arm where the cable is located has reference before replacing it next time.
