Put off the phone then Press and hold for 10 seconds Volume Down button, round Camera button bottom right on phone , and Power buttons left on top of phone. When Android green logo appears then click on Menu (second from left on the touchpad below the display. below screen icon looks like a menu. Scroll up or down with volume key and select with quick press of the camera button Scroll with Volume down button to: "Yes - delete all user data" Select with quick press of the camera button then select reboot. this will clear all data from your drive. meaning you will have to reload all your data.
