How Do I Push My Muve Music Back Onto My Phone After A Factory Reset?

About every 20-30 power cycles, MUVE music refuses to load any more, and I have to factory reset my phone. It can take up to a month before I *FINALLY* get all my music back. I have do download something from the original first, but it eventually comes back. How can I force a "push" of the music back to my phone? Why hasn't Cricket chosen to "restore from SD card" for MUVE? Why does power-cycling my phone cause MUVE eventually?
