My Zte Music Muve Phone Will Not Go Past The Music Muve Logo On The Screen.

My zte music muve phone will not go past the music muve logo on the screen. I took it to my local cricket store twice (dickson, tn 37055) and they told me to call zte. i called but they told me theyd send me a email so i could send my phone in and get a new one. well i never go the email so i never sent it in. its been since june and my phone still is not fixed. I looked online today and saw that some people who had the same problem as me took their phone to cricket and get it reset.... so i was wondering if i could get someone to reset my phone over the phone or online.
