Y Can I Not Send Pics Or Get On The Web When I Am Paying For It?

I am paying for unlimited talk txt & web. But I cant send or recieve picture txt. Nor can I get on the web

It could be that your phone isn't compatible(highly unlikely), or that you're outside of the coverage area for data transfers. If neither of these are the case, then you will need to contact customer service.
