I Cannot Send Emails Using Outlook On Port 25,80,3535, Or 465 While Connected

i cannot send emails using outlook on port 25,80,3535, or 465(SSL) while connected to my cricket crosswave-a5a7 wifi. I can get my gmail and yahoo mail using port 587, but my go daddy mail using all their ports - 25,80,3535, and 465 do not work.
