Phone Rebooted

MY is a LG Otimus 70.Phone. Was locked out.took to Cricket Store, Tech rebooted my phone.saved my contacts, my msgs, some photos,BUT i now cant do anything without it asking me to Sign In...when i do it say my Email is incorrect.....cant do much but Text, &Use Phone...what do I do?

Try hard resetting your phone by follow the intructions on the link below.
