Messages Won't Download

I have blu mobile 7.0 ii for Cricket Wireless. Unfortunately, my MMS/SMS messages won't download. Is it in the settings?

Hi. MMS yes depends on a proper MMS settings or APN configurations - you can contact your carrirer for the best walk through therwith.

reboot your phone, check your mms settings, make sure the phone has enough meemory
