You will have to turn your Galaxy3 off

Remove and insert the battery then press and hold the Volume Up, Power and Home buttons until you see the Samsung screen. Release the Power button but continue to press Home and Volume Up until you are brought to the stock recovery mode.

On the recovery mode use the volume buttons to navigate up and down and the power/home button to select or confirm, Choose wipe CACHE and reboot your phone.
