Hello, I'm not sure why Cricket customer service won't let you make a payment, but you can do it yourself using the website:

- Log in at CricketWireless.com
- Click on Quick Pay at the top of the screen
- Enter your mobile phone number
- Follow the prompts to make a payment by credit card or debit card
