I Made A Bridge Payment On Friday For 70 At A Store And My Serves Was Not Turned

I made a bridge payment for 70 dollars then I made another payment of $5 on the phone service was back on till 12am then i called at 700 and supposedly they fixed it now my phone is off and i need it for work ,can somebody fix it and turn it back on
