I can not get my aid number by means of on line or tech support or *adi cause *adi is not avalable at this time.

it's *AID but that's not working either. i saw in another question similar to this topic that you can log into your account online and get the AID number, but i'm having issues logging into my account

AID is a security verification cricket implemented due to people trying to access other peoples account. If you forgot your AID, cricket customer service representatives can send it to you via text message. If you don't have the phone or if it's broken then you forgot your AID, you need to go to a Full Service Cricket location with a valid government issued ID and they will reset it.
