Is There Any Way To Talk To A Person Instead Of Machines. I Lost My Phone.

I lost my phone and I can not get anywhere on any of the numbers I hacve for Cricket. I don't want any charges against my account. Does anybody hear me. I am trying to suspend service to protect my derriere and no one is there.

I am not sure what number you are calling. However, Cricket does have Customer Care Reps. Of course, there might be a bit of hold time waiting on the line for one of the Reps.

The number for Customer Care is 1-800-CRICKET, but if this is what you are already calling and can't seem to reach a live person. You may call

866-384-4425, press option #1 for English.
Hold on the line for the next available Representative

Please note: In certain situations, customers can temporarily suspend their Cricket account. If you are planning on using their service once you get another phone, let the Rep know your situation and ask if you might qualify for this temporary suspension.
