My Phone Is Stolen And My Acct Info To Access My Account Has Been Changed

My ex stole my phone and changed all my identifying information that accesses my account with customer service and cricket won't suspend my line or help me stop this. I have another phone I can swap it to but need to know manual programming without customer service.
