I Was Misled By New Employee Sold Me 3 Phones On January 12th

I went in it was my decision to get my family on family pack so I got my sister and nephew we dropped our other carrier , and switched to Cricket . The service team seemed great when they are making a sale but god forbid something goes wrong and you have an issue with a purchase ! Well the service changes to rudeness and complete feeling that they wanted nothing more to do with me! After being so eager at the sale show one how little they care about the products ,they are selling ! I brought the broken phone last week on the 22nd of January into the same store, 10 days after I purchased the phone for they sold me s cover of gorilla which is supposed to help to protect the glass when i bought the phone they had no cases told me to come back the next day they had no case my size in stock ! Told me to come back next day ! They are all new employees know nothing I was asked when I purchase the 3 phones if I wanted insurance for 7 dollars a month I said yes to all 3 phones well employee Sean at the store in Wilton Manors Florida 33344, When I came i on the 22 nd of January 2 weeks after purchasing the phones from them they handled me a Cricket Protect pamphlet and to me to call to asuaion that they would replace my LG for 10 dollars ! So they admitted just last week when I went into the same store spoke to the guys who sold me the package They acted like I had insurance for they handed me the cricket protect and told me it would be a 10 dollar co pay ! They could have done something for me last week ! Why would I only insurance for only one phone and not eve mine when I am responsible for bl does this make sense to anyone a cricket ! the employees who sold me he phone they thought I insurance when I went in with the broken phone o 01/22.! The employees at he store on Oakland park blvd are new they told us they was just a big turnover and they just started ! They are young and do not know anything about customer service , they where so rude and refuse to take responsibility for their error . My phone is broken I have have had it for 15 days I believed I had insurance but due to errors made by Cricket employer my phone was mistakenly not put on invoice .They led me believe my phone insured so now my is broken phone I am contemplating gong to another company before the 9th of next month something , this is unjust I am disabled man I need a phone ! The service people in sales and customer service should not act like they acted ! I do not know wart to do but I /11 I not by a nee d a phone for i am disabled from 9./11I I was led to believe I had insurance this was an error on your employee Sean i looked like it was his first day he was being instructed on how ring i n sales by another guy who was new as well he left he insurance this is Crikets error and if your customer service has any loyalty to a client I would like my phone replaced I ave been o the phone with them for 4 hours !Regards Mark Lingley
