I tried swapping my sum card to my unlocked galaxy phone now my line is suspended and I can't receive a temporary password text

Hi, "With Cricket you can do it all by phone... even if it's turned off it will allow you to dial *611 for the automated customer service. The reconnect & late fee is about $5-$10 only. If you already paid it, just call again and use your debit or credit card to pay the reconnect & late fee and it will be right back on in about 30 minutes to an hour easy. It always works for me, hope it does for you !!" >

Hi, it seems like they do'nt have an option of doing it online but you can do so by visitin their Authorized Payment Locations. Please confirm here:
